He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalie Szostak and John Szostak; and his sister Janina Yarka (late Stanley). He is survived by: his close friend Donna Sadula; his children, Suzanne Szostak (Bryce Skolfield), Steven Michael "Mike" Szostak (Kiana) and Jennifer Cook; and his brothers, John Szostak (late Rolita), Christopher Szostak (Dawn) and Walter Szostak.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home (530 W 14th St, Chicago Heights, IL 60411). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM.
