He was predeceased by: his wife Evangeline Parker; his parents, Albert Parker and Clara Parker; and his brother Donald 'Mickey Parker. He is survived by: his children, Diane Hovan (Gregory) of Crown Point, Nancy Berg (Alfred) of Lakes, John Parker (late Peter Rivera) of El Paso, Joel Parker (Barbara) of Griffith and Gloria Parker of Crown Point; and his grandchildren, Steven Hovan (Stephanie), Kathleen LeMaster (Joshua), Angela Mackenzie (James), Matthew Berg (Jessica), Sara Rhoades (Corey), Kevin (Jenna), Colin and Brian Parker (Moira Kelly).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Veterans Administration Hospice, or animal shelter of your choice in Eugene's name would be appreciated.
