He was predeceased by: his fiancée Debra Howard; his parents, Nicholas Rinkovsky and Dora Rinkovsky; and his siblings, Barbara Rinkovsky Arlet and Richard Rinkovsky.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Talley (Robert) and Andrew L. Rinkovsky; his stepsons, Charles D. Werner and Jeff Mogan (Ashley); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Timothy, Chase, Josie and Ethan; and his sister Dawn Faust (Bob). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
