She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles J. Campbell; her husband Max Toney; her parents, Walter Carlson and Blanche Carlson; her siblings, Alfred Carlson, Hazel Schultz, Mildred Agee, Clarence Carlson, Clayton Carlson, Leonard Carlson, Elsie Maloney, Violet Hershman, Annabelle Baker, Irvin Carlson and Dale Carlson; and her grandson Sam Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Don Campbell, Donna Boyll (Mike), Dave Campbell (Bobbi), Debbie Campbell (Marvin Fleener) and Dana Golden (Bobby); her grandchildren, Ashley, Carly, Steve, Bill, Kevin (Angie), Travis (Annabelle), Derek (Laura Buker), Bobby (Terah) and Abby; her great grandchildren, Steven, Joey, Maddi, Bella (Brandon Scott), Bobby, Cody, Ryder and Bode; her great great grandchild Clover; and her caregiver Maureen.
