He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pistorio and Frances Pistorio; his siblings, Vincent Pistorio and Rosalie Zlokich; and his stepdaughter-in-law Cynthia Roush.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Pistorio; his son Charles Pistorio (Jan); his stepson Wilfred E. Roush (late Cynthia); his grandchildren, Anna and Matthew; his sister Marietta Onfrio; and his nieces, Francine, Mary, Charlene and Teresa. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Dominic's name to Deaf Services at Tradewinds.
