She is survived by: her husband Gary Hathaway; her children, Sheri Stapleton (Chris), Frank Koza (Tabitha) and Mike Koza (Tracy); her stepchildren, Nicole Hathaway (Bowen) and Daniel Hathaway; her granddaughter Brittany Koza; her stepchildren, Amber Steele, Kayla Humphrey (Jeff), Tyler Koza (Jenna), Blake Vrska, Lilly Koza, Alyssa Koza, Luke Koza, Evan Koza and Aubree Koza; and her great grandchild Logan Koza.
