She was predeceased by: her husbands, Walter D. Kuznicki and Paul A. Keilman, Sr.; her parents, William R. Black and Sarah S. Black; her children, Thomas A. Kuznicki and Mark D. Kuznicki; and her siblings, Herbert Black, Alden Black, Virginia Palmer, Farrel Byers and Francis Bish.
She is survived by: her children, Karin Toth, Kevin Kuznicki (Lisa), Paul Keilman, Jr. (Karen) and Andrea Milligan (Daniel); her grandchildren, Philip Poulton, Heather Poulton, Shannon Kuznicki, Rachel Milligan, Jacob Kuznicki, Benjamin Kuznicki, Adam Kuznicki, Paul Keilman III, Mary Keilman, Madeline Keilman, Christopher Kuznicki and Courtney Kuznicki; her great grandchildren, Taylor Poulton, Reymundo Figuerora, Ryen Figuerora and Rhendon Figuerora; and her sister Gertrude Kolopanis.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Charlotte's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
