She is survived by: her son Jordan Tyler Fasolt-Holmes; her brother Nicholas Fasolt; her parents, Svetlana Fasolt and Constantin Fasolt; her aunt Natalie Fasolt; her uncle Mstislav; her cousins, Constantin, Dimitri Ledkovsky and Tatiana Selivonik; her son Nicholas; her cousins, Ivan Nabokov, Peter Nabokov, Alexandre Nabokoff and Prema Arasu; her friends, Zachary Schiffman, Denise Jaspers, Bernhard Berger, Andreas Berger and Regina Aberger; and also, Ryan Holmes and Petra.
Due to Covid-19, social distancing at 6 feet and face masks are required in the Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Catherine's name may be given to the University of Chicago Medical Center.
