She was predeceased by: her parents, Berson Evert and Ruby Evert (Sasak) of Hessville; her sister Alice Phares; her niece Rhonda Phares; and her nephew Walter Phares Jr..

She is survived by: her husband C. Edward Burgans; her children, Randy Burgans (Sandy), Chris Burgans (Lori) and Kellie Williamson (Jamie); her sister Terrie Evert Dimpfl; her grandchildren, Jonathan Burgans, Derik Burgans (Rachel), Leyanne Burgans (Jeremy Gentner), Alyssa Burgans, Aaron Burgans (Jillian) and Kaylie Williamson; her stepgrandchildren, Tim Tucker (Catherine), Matt Tucker, Beth Cushing, Hunter Obbagy (Audrey) and John Obbagy (Brandi); her great grandchildren, Azariah, Zenith Burgans, Logan Burgans, Raelyn Obbagy, June Obbagy, Grant, Elowyn Tucker, Jude Tipton, Tucker Cushing, Elijah Cushing and James Cushing; her niece Bethany Dimpfl; and her nephews, Joel Dimpfl and Mark Dimpfl. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Bible Baptist Church in Highland would be sincerely welcomed.
