She was predeceased by: her husband H. Bernard Slager; and her siblings, Agnes Nydam, Niel Voss (Jeff) and Bob Voss. She is survived by: her children, Beth Figlewicz (Stephen), Brian Slager (Carol) and Barbara Johnson (Dave); her grandchildren, Adam, Joshua, Matthew, Scott, Ami, Stephanie, Kyle and Luke; and her sister Irma Koornneef (Bob). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Betty's name to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
