She was predeceased by: her father Ervin "Bill" Oakes. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Oakes; her sons, Joshua Lee of Bloomington and Joseph Waldrip (Theresa) of Bloomington; her brother Ervin Oakes (Linda) of Crothersville; and her pets, Big Mac, Hollie, MoMo, Trixie, Halo Blackie and Freddie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
