He was predeceased by: his parents, Kerry Tatlock and Marie Tatlock (Wolf); his spouse G. Jean Tatlock (Carter); his siblings, Helen Harbin, Melvin Tatlock, Gerald Tatlock and Donald Tatlock; his half-sister Doris Lee; his stepchildren, Jerry Powers and Brenda Moore; and also Patricia Tatlock.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa J. Tatlock Napier (Philip Shepherd) of Scottsburg, IN and Michelle Tatlock Wilkes of Pensacola, FL; his stepsons, David Powers of Fishers, IN and Todd Powers of Muncie, IN; his grandchildren, Rene Napier Mattingly (Jessica) of Louisville, KY, Justin Wilkes of St. Louis, MO, Savannah Wilkes of Pensacola, FL, Samuel Wilkes of Pensacola, FL and Trinity Wilkes of Pensacola, FL; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Bond (Roger) of Norman, IN, Karen Koester (Greg) of Dudleytown, IN, Mike Tatlock (Peggy) of Woodlawn, IL and Bill Tatlock (Mary) of Florence, AZ. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren, several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
