He is survived by: his mother Dara Louise Burnett (Schlueter) of Crothersville, IN; his friend Bobby; his daughters, Alexandra "Allie" Burnett of Austin, IN, Emma Burnett of Austin, IN and Ella Burnett of Austin, IN; his siblings, Heather McIntosh (Nicholas) of Crothersville, IN, Rachelle Spencer (Todd) of Jeffersonville, IN, Brandon Burnette of Crothersville, IN and John (Burnett); his nieces and nephews, Isaiah, Nikaila McIntosh, Camden, Harper and Grayson Spencer; his great-niece Addy; and his uncle Jack Burnett of Lodi, CA..
