He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Maxie and Cleo Maxie (Depew); his wife Verla B. Maxie (Norton); and his daughter Sheila Elaine Maxie. He is survived by: his son Dennis Maxie (Sherri) of Tampico, IN; and his siblings, Troy Maxie (Madonna) of Brownstown, IN and Barbara Rollins of Brownstown, IN.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
