He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wright and Martha Jane Wright (Thomas). He is survived by: his children, Christopher Green of Indianapolis, Joshua Wright (Stacy) of Camby, IN, Robert "Bo" Wright (Pennie) of Taylor and Amanda Richey (Andrew) of Enterprise, Alabama; his stepchildren, Patrick Murphin (LeighAnn) of Crothersville and Robin Sherfick (Allen) of Bloomington; and his siblings, Frank Wright (Debbie) of Greenville, SC and Diana Cook of Muncie, IN.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 5 nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Tampico Christian Church.
