He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry McIntosh and Mayme McIntosh (Griffith); and his wife Brenda McIntosh (Smith). He is survived by: his sons, Brian McIntosh of Indianapolis and Bradley McIntosh (Katherine) of Seymour; his sister Janice Wall of North Vernon; and his grandchildren, Amanda McIntosh of Indianapolis and Jonathon McIntosh of Seymour.
