He is survived by: his parents, Amos Gordon Crabtree and Jewell Crabtree (Rister); his spouse Kathy Crabtree (Artressia); his sister Donna McIntosh (Brandon) of Crothersville, IN; his nieces, Brittany Clay (Jeff) of Deputy, IN and Kim Culbertson of Austin, IN.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jína Clay, Jayla Clay, Julia Clay, Alexis McIntosh, Patrick McIntosh, L. J. Clay and Jason McIntosh.
