With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nikolas Alan Mikel McIntosh of Crothersville, Indiana, born in Jeffersonville, Indiana, who passed away on February 3, 2021 at the age of 18. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his uncle Donald Lee "Duck" Stevens, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Wanda C. McIntosh (Begley) of Crothersville, Indiana and Michael McIntosh; his sisters, Savahannah and Kaylee McIntosh; his grandparents, Mable, Gilbert Nevils of Lexington, Joe and Ginny McIntosh of Austin, Indiana; his uncle Bobby McIntosh; and his nieces, Paislee and Ava.
Visitation and services will be open to the public as long as social distancing guidelines can be observed and will be limited to 50 people in the building. Please follow the CDC's recommendations and guidelines while attending the services and face masks will be required due to the governor's executive mandate.
