She was predeceased by: her parents, Sampson D. Mitchell and Ruth Pansy Mitchell (Stone); her husband Lorel Blair (Butch); her son Kenneth; and her siblings, Reverend Garnett Mitchell (Mary), Garland Mitchell (Barbara), Ralph Mitchell, Dorothy Hawn Spall and Ruth Foster (Wilbur).
She is survived by: her children, Michael L. Blair (Joyce) of Tampico and Mary F. Cox (Keith) of Crothersville; her grandchildren, Brian Cox (Kim) of Scottsburg, Steve Cox (Michelle), Michael Shawn Blair (Haley Deckert) of Tampico and Katrina Walburn (Joe) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her siblings, John E. Mitchell (Flo) of Griffin, GA and Jean Amick (Larry) of Scottsburg, IN.. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
