He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Couch and Gladys Couch; and his siblings, James Couch, Don Couch, Leon Couch, Larry Couch and Janice Fugate.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Jean Peacock of New Mexico, Brenda Gambill (Gorman) of Austin, IN, Harold Couch of Crothersville, IN, Minnie Davidson (Herman) of Crothersville, IN, Michael (Lora Sobczak) of South Carolina, Maxine Hamilton (Larry) of Seymour, IN and Phyllis Brock of Austin, IN; and his close friend Judy Couch (Brown).
