She was predeceased by: her siblings, Rick Lizenby and Brenda Jones; and also David E. Mains. She is survived by: her parents, Oren Frederick Lizenby and Exie Mae Lizenby (Lowery); her children, Amie Cottingham (Robert) of Crothersville, IN, Chris Mains (Tiffany) of Crothersville, IN, Kimberly Mains of Seymour, IN and Heather Smith (Kevin Beach) of Seymour, IN; her grandchildren, Bryce Cottingham (Chelsea), Natalie Smith, Micah Mains, Abby Mains, Tyson Mains, Emma Mains, Hayden Pilgrim and Cameron Beach; her brothers, Jerry Lizenby (Kathy) and John Lizenby (Lisa); and her nieces and nephews, Marti Neal, Angie Beed, Mary Hougland, Lucas Lizenby, Robert Lizenby, Sonja Neace, Erick Lizenby, Tyler Lizenby and Kyle Lizenby.

Donations in honor of Karen may be made to the Carl Kovener Memorial Crothersville Volunteer Fire Dept.
