She is survived by: her children, Lisa Lewis (Doug) of Paris Crossing, IN and Rick Bannister (Cristi) of Brownstown, IN.; her grandchildren, Kara Bannister, Koty Bannister (Jessica), Amanda Worley (Daniel), Justin Bannister, Bethany Lewis, Tony Bannister, Hollie Bannister, Jake Axsom (Nikki) and Amanda Axsom; and her great grandchildren, Alexis Parker, Draven Bannister, Raelynn Hedrick, Avery and Byron Worley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
