He is survived by: his wife Willlis Baxter (Lowe) of Crothersville, IN; his daughters, Janet Kiewit (Mark) of Brownstown, IN, Debbie Douglas of Greensburg, IN and Teresa Baxter of Crothersville, IN; his grandchildren, Mandy Mitchell, Zach Douglas, Andrew Douglas (Allie) and Belle Kiewit; his great grandchildren, Sully Mitchell and Jonah Douglas; his brothers, Carl Baxter and Bob Baxter; and his sister-in-law Betty Baxter.
