He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blaine Anthony and Mary Moody (Derringer); and his brothers, Charles Anthony, Herbert Anthony and Louis Gene Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Anthony (Greathouse) of Crothersville, Indiana.; his children, Michael B. Anthony (Deborah) of Crothersville, Steven Ray Anthony of Crothersville, Indiana. and Teresa Ann Lawson (Jim) of Scottsburg, Indiana.; his siblings, Jerry Dean Anthony of Crothersville, Brenda Bradley of Crothersville and Carol Jo Stewart (Jack) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Lazarus Lawson, Amanda Peruzzato, Sabrina Anthony-Crockett, Alan Blaine Anthony, Erin Anthony, Becky Sue Bowman, Sherry Anthony and Bryan Anthony.
He loved children very much and in honor of that love, the family requests that donations be directed to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
