She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Eddie" Walker and Vesta May Walker (Deputy); her husband Miles A. Hickerson; and her sisters, Marie Hall, Hazel Jean Moore, Blanche Ross Capps and Betty Ferris.
She is survived by: her son James A Hickerson (Marina) of Fishers, IN; her grandsons, John Hickerson of Fishers, IN and Eric Hickerson of Fishers, IN; her siblings-in-law, Billie Hickerson (Barbara) of Summerville, SC, Harriett Hickerson of Crothersville, IN. and Maribell Hickerson of Crothersville, IN.; and her friends, Barb, Shannon and Ilean.
Our family would like to thank the wonderful, devoted and loving staff of Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown for their excellent care of Ilean during the difficult years of a Covid Pandemic.
