He is survived by: his father Ronald Keith Evans; his wife Melissa Mejean Evans; his daughter Abigail Kate Evans; his stepchildren, David Shuffitt III, John Shuffitt (Chanel Martinez), Jacob Shuffitt (Tori Miller), Zoe Shuffitt and Haley Lawson; his grandchildren, Loryn, Bo Shuffitt, Jasmine and Lucas Charles; and his sisters, Belinda Lawburgh (John), Angela Sadler (Mark) and Joanna Sawalich (Mike).
