He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Allen Harding Sr. and Lutricia Bartley (Holzworth); his stepfather Harold Bartley; and his siblings, Vicki Harding, Donnie McNeely and Randy McNeely.
He is survived by: his wife Roslynn Lorraine Harding (Briner); his children, Ryan Briner of Austin, Indiana and Daesha Harding of Corydon, Indiana; his brothers, Joey Bartley of Florida, Michael Bartley (Hollie) of Florida and Jerry Bartley of Florida; and his grandchildren, Presley Burns, Landin Hall and Lakien Douglas.
