She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Franklin and Bessie Mae Sanders (Gilbert); her husband John Holzworth; and her siblings, Jeff Sanders and Susan Warren.
She is survived by: her sons, Jason Frederick Holzworth of Louisville, KY and John Eric Holzworth of Old Hickory; her siblings, Jane Payne of Shoals, IN, Tony Sanders (Patti) of Montgomery, IN, Tim Sanders of Shoals, IN and Julinda Adams (Brian) of Burn City, IN; and her brother-in-law Cliff Warren of Loogootee, IN..
