She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Pam; her husband Timothy Neal Guy of Crothersville, IN; her children, Timothy Guy (Pam) of Las Vegas, NV and Sheena Burke (Matt) of Seymour, IN; her grandchildren, Logan Hayes, Kaitlyn Guy, Chase Burke, Kasey Guy, Hailey Burke and Ezekiel Burke; and her brothers, Jeffrey Spicer of Castleton, IN and Clarence Kelly.
