He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Maggart and Betty Jean Maggart (Vance); and his stepchildren, Jeffrey Ray Blackshire and Laura Kammerer. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Maggart of Cromwell, IN; his daughters, Kim Richardson (Frank) and Shelly Pena; and his siblings, Penny Beerman of Fort Wayne, IN, Tim Biddle (Fay) of Syracuse, IN, Jody Franklin (Dave) of Topeka, IN, Ken Biddle (Toby) of Syracuse, IN and Paula Gingerich of Ligonier, IN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
