He is survived by: his wife Virginia DeLaCruz of Cromwell; his stepchildren, Robert Fetters of Warsaw, Tanya Huffer of Leesburg, Sonya Wroblewski of Syracuse, Mike Fetters of North Webster and Chris Fetters of Albion; and his siblings, Lonnie Halsey of Columbia City, Lamar Halsey of Syracuse, Lance Halsey of Cromwell, Lowell Halsey of Wawaka and Linda Marvel (Joe) of Milford.
