She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edgar and Shirley Collins (Merry); and her brother Joe Collins. She is survived by: her sons, Jacob Toth (Tiffany) of Syracuse and Mason Toth of Warsaw; and her siblings, Ellen Coats (Junior) of Portland, Mike Collins (Penny) of Salamonie, IN, Jim Collins of Longmont, CO and Jeff Collins (Nancy) of Leesburg. She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
