He is survived by: his parents, Kermit W. Fisher and Lyn Fisher (Harfert) of Syracuse; his children, Regan T. Fisher of Syracuse and Micheal K. Fisher of Syracuse; his sister Keri Fisher of Syracuse, Maternal; his grandfather Warren Rusk of Elkhart; and his close friend Tank. He is also survived by Nieces & Nephews, Beloved Dog.
