He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Chivington and Mary Chivington (Riechard); and his siblings, Bob Chivington and Ruth Neal. He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Chivington (Gloria) of North Webster, David Chivington of Cromwell and Karen Mertens of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
