He is survived by: his spouse Debra A. Caudill; his sons, Hugh J. Goldsworthy Jr (Randy) of Syracuse, IN and Paul David Goldworthy (Fiancée Kristine) of Syracuse, IN; his grandchildren, Ally Goldsworthy and Falon Goldsworthy; and his siblings, Joy Whitt (Donald) and David Goldsworthy (Debbie).
