He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward and Viola "Tootsie" Williams (Hargrove); and his sister Belinda "Kay" Proulx. He is survived by: his wife Debra Williams; his children, Amber Williams of Goshen, Bruce "Buddy" Williams, Jr. (Kristy) of Goshen, Keith Williams of Goshen, James Griffith (Michell), Jana Banhagel (Robert), Jonna Vaughn (Roger) and Jada Dunlap (Pauley) of Kimmell; and his brother Charles "Dewayne" Williams (Andrea) of Goshen. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 4 great- grandchildren.
