He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Teague and Ethel Imogene Teague (Harvey); and his brothers, James, Danny and Tony Teague.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Teague of Oklahoma; his sisters, Christy Lambert (Mike) of Florida and Sue Hoppe of Lafayette; his sister-in-law Carolyn Teague; his grandchildren, Ashley Bruner, Laurie Klaman, Dustin Huff, Zachary Teague and Zoey Teague; and his great grandchild Alyah Pollard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
