He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mackey; his daughters, Lisa Walker, Shellie Bryan (Chris) and Kellie Blann; his siblings, Ida Carter and Elmer Mackey (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Corey Kinnett, Kylie Farfield, Brittany Walker, Nick Wethington, Trevor Wethington and Blake Bryan. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
