He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude G. Wiley and Icie Price Wiley; and his siblings, John, Joe, Dorothy, Margaret and Louise.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Wiley (Christy) of Jamestown, David Wiley (Trina) of Darlington and Marilyn Wiley Frank (Chuck) of Virginia. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
