He is survived by: his children, Natashia Hernandez (Derek), Haley Neal and Logan Neal; his brothers, Steve Neal (Sandy), Dale Neal and Jim Neal (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Cobi, Audree, Grace, Kian, Karter and Kollins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
