He was predeceased by: his parents, Teddy Alfrey, Sr. and Bonnie Lou Ross Alfrey; and his brother Terry Alfrey. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Wright (Amy) and Sarah Booe (Curtis); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Hailey and Jace; and his brothers, Teddy Alfrey and Timmy Alfrey.
Tommy received support from the American Cancer Society during his illness and his family asks that donations be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 681405, Indianapolis, IN 46268-1405.
