He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Sr Scott and Mary Thelma Scott (Rose); his daughter Shandol Lea Dulin; his sister Jane Thomson; and his granddaughter Deziarae Albright.
He is survived by: his wife Muriel Smith; his daughter Cheryl Ann Summers (Mike) of Crawfordsville; his grandchildren, Shawn Rector (Elizabeth) of Kokomo, Brandy Albright (Mark) of Greencastle, Keegan Fox (Scott) of New Whiteland and Kelsie Robinson of Bloomington; and his great grandchildren, Britney King, Dominic Curtin, Franklin Fox, Serenity Albright, Cash Reed and Parker Reed. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in his memory to the Disabled American Veterans.
