He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haslam and Eula Haslam (Mitchel); his former wife Patricia "Pat" Titus; his sister Carolyn Hendricks; his brothers-in-law, Bill Hendricks and Charles Cook; and his great grandchild Emma Kendricks.

He is survived by: his spouse Willie Rowe; his children, Debbie Kendricks (Dave Howard) of Otterbein, Sam (Brenda) of Crawfordsville, Mike (Sara) of Crawfordsville, Patrick (Connie) of Waveland, Doug of Crawfordsville and Shawn (Dianne) of New Ross; his siblings, Janice of Crawfordsville and Dick of Darlington; his stepchildren, Jackie Harwood, Curt Chandler and Brian Chandler; and his close friends, Duke Ellington and Burt Rennick.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Riley Children's Hospital in memory of Emma Jo Kendricks.
