He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Floyd David and Elva Dorthy Lighty (Taylor); his wife Barbara Jean Evans; his children, VaLaine Lighty-Peters (Clayton) of Crawfordsville, IN, Melanie Beach (Dennis) of Crawfordsville, IN and Shaun Chandler Lighty of Indianapolis, IN.; his grandchildren, Everett Chandler, McQuillin James Lighty of Indianapolis, IN, Evan Beach of Florence, KY and Josie Murray (Leif) of Ocoee, FL; his siblings, Wendell Lighty (Doris) of Saunemein, IL, Will Lighty (Roxy) of Canby, OR, Ron, Diane Lighty of Knoxville, TN, Jerry, Judy Lighty of Marion, IL and Jeanette; and his brother-in-law Larry Lesich. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
