She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude O. Gladish and Ruth Whitten Gladish. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Tate of Crawfordsville; her children, Tim Tate (Jo) of Parrish and Tammy Scott (Dean) of Bringhurst; her grandchildren, Jeff Tate, Justine Tate Macmac (Robby), Jordan Scott (Quinci) and Hannah Scott; and her great grandchildren, Riley Macmac and Dakota Macmac.
