She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward "Newt" and Mabel Brown (Deringer); her husband Charles E. Neal; her son David Neal; her sister Eleanor Ann Cox; and her brother-in-law Harold "Dane" Cox.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lori A. Erny (Ken) of Michigan and Linda J. Rush (Larry) of Crawfordsville; her grandchildren, Amber Cordvan, Andrew Rush (Danielle), Mindy Erny, Steve Erny (Jacqui), Jon Erny (Breckley), Jess Erny and Kyra Neal; and her great grandchildren, Jack Rush, Cole Rush, Charles Erny, Isabelle Erny, David Erny and Rosalie Erny. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be given to the East Side Baptist Church in her memory.
