He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Lee Ulysses Stultz and Chasie Young Stultz; and his siblings, Bruce and Virginia. He is survived by: his children, Mike Stultz (Raquel) of Covington and Lisa Davis (Brad) of Coatesville; his sister Patty Ann Tincher of Michigan; his grandchildren, Nicole Wilson (Jamaal), Logan Stultz (Staci), Madison Phillips and Delanee Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Lennon and Gannon.
