He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Calder and Norma Calder (Davis); his siblings, Margaret Bell and Curtis Calder; his granddaughter LeeAnn Brock-Calder; and his brother-in-law Robert Hutson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Calder; and his children, Cheryl Calder of Crawfordsville, Rick Calder (Jennie) of Wingate, Teresa Parker (Danny) of Bainbridge, Judy Chaney (Jamey) of Frankfort and Debbie Cortez (Roy) of Columbus. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 25 great grandchildren.
