He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D Weliver and Arthella Caster Weliver; and his brother-in-law Greg Warren. He is survived by: his wife Mary Cain; his children, Brian Ramey, Robert T. Weliver (Jennifer) and Sara Elliott; his grandsons, Dane and Drake Elliott; and his siblings, Frank "Skeet" Weliver (Mary), Dee Schultz (Jim) and Kathy Warren. He is also survived by brothers-in-laws and sisters in-laws he considered his brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
