He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kell and Ruth Johnson Kell; and his brother Charles Kell, Jr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Peacock of Crawfordsville and Shirley Rose Roswog of Walton. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews, along with several great-nieces and great-nephews.
